So for like a DAY I was really into the reborn kink meme. And then I kept meaning to write more for it but I'M DONE WITH PORN FOR A WHILE I THINK. This was mostly practice at writing shorter stuff. So! I joined Ironman7 which is a fic challenge comm. Basically, five fics a week, seven weeks in a row, each week divided up by theme. Being the WINNAR I AM I only did four fics this week =\ But it was PAINFIC WEEK which I am extraordinarily bad at, so I feel the world is a better place.

Fic dump! These are the fruits of my labor for my advanced fiction class this semester. I uh... accidently didn't save the crit my teacher gave me on them so there are probably some basic gramatical errors and typos in there.
Anyway, these were all done as writing exorcises. Prompts like "write an argument between two characters where they aren't saying what they mean" kinda stuff. I'm posting this as a distraction from doing real work |D

So there was this thing... which I don't have a link for, called One Character or something similar. One of those LJ challenge comms. I joined it and picked Ted as my character and had three months to write fifty one sentence stories for each of the fifty word prompts I was given.
This was back in the beginning of February, so I clearly failed to meet my deadline.
Recently I dug it up, but after some poking decided I wasn't likely to finish it. But what I have I rather like. So here you go.

I keep a 6x8 inch notepad by my desk and I doodle in it whenever I have time and feel like it. Waiting for stuff to happen in game, waiting for people to reply in RP or plotting etc. Or I take it with me when I watch tv. It's slow progress since I only pay half attention but it's something.
Anyway, my most recent efforts have been showing improvement (the stuff before this seriously isn't worth looking at, and is mostly a lot of eyes and noses and no complete heads ^^;) But since the paper is rather small it's JUST heads because by the time I get to the shoulders I've used up half a page, and I don't see much point in going below the shoulders if I can't make it until the thighs. I'll have to start doodling on larger paper I guess D=
